soul: a space to let go meditation
Last month, we released our second meditation ‘A Space to Create Meditation’ taking you from the busy city side streets in to a space of calm and inner guidance. Helping you to understand and connect with the things that make you truly happy. Explaining how so much of life is built on love and that feeling loved helps us to build the things that we are working towards.
In the third part of this meditation series, ‘A Space to Let Go Meditation’ brings forward the idea that the things in life we can sometimes be running away from, could actually be our biggest lessons. With a gentle and ever moving soundscape, this meditation guides us towards conversations with the people closest to us. Not only taking us back to revisit past experiences but having the confidence to face the things that we know we need to heal.
Collaborating with soul artist and music producer LAYLA and voiced by Carly Wilford, this meditation is something that can be revisited time after time or passed on to anyone who may be finding it hard to take positive steps forward. Collaborating with visual artist Sanjana Nyapti, ‘A Space to Let Go Meditation’ can be practiced each week by following the video above or chilling in an open field with your headphones on at the end of a busy day.
Meditation can sometimes be used as form of escapism much like drinking too much alcohol or over working, but this meditation focuses on growth and self development and can be used as a tool for both focus and performance.
